We have A LOT of pictures and A LOT of stories to tell so stay posted.
Long story short, we are here in Oak Harbor and I started work yesterday. Oak Harbor is a TINY town and Kelley and I will need a little time to adjust to that. HOWEVER, the outdoor sporting opportunities here are some of the best I have ever seen. The road biking, mountain biking, running, hiking, and kayaking are some of the best in the US.
We found a place to rent with a 1 year lease that is absolutely georgeous!!! Only catch is that it is not available until May 22nd. This means that we will be staying in a couple different vacation rentals until then. This also means that we won't have our household goods (or sporting goods) and will be living out of our suitcases until then.
Below are some pics of our new house. We have A LOT of pics of Sara and I have only posted a few.
Sara is doing great. She is talking a lot and seemed to like being around all of our family. She doesn't seem to mind having to wear more clothes but definetly doesn't like wearing her shoes indoors. She let's us know this by saying "off" "off" "shoes" "off" repeadetly. Then once those are off it's "socks" "off" repeadetly, until you take them off or she rips them off.
For now here are some pics. Kelley will update you all on the happenings in our lives soon...
Sara, Kelley, and MeMe (Kelley's mom) poolside in Yakima
Sara at Whistling Jack's
Sara getting here photo for her bank account card

1st time Sara saw snow. Now everytime she sees it she says "snow" "ice" "cold" over and over

Sara and mom at a beach in Oak Harbor

Sara, Memere (my mom), and pop (my dad) in San Diego
Sara at Kelley's sister's house who she calls "ant" over and over. She loves the horses and whenever she sees them she says "horse" then signs more and then says "ant" over and over again. She loves to repeat herself getting louder and louder everytime until someone acknowledges her.
